What scopes do you request?

Only read-only: read_orders, read_customers, read_products, read_fulfillments, read_shipping. We never request any write_* scope โ€” we cannot modify your shop, even by mistake.

What if a stranger asks about an order?

We verify that the requester's email matches the order's customer email. On mismatch: no order details are released, instead a polite request for verification. GDPR-compliant and phishing-safe.

Which channels work?

Anything that flows through your Shopify backend โ€” including Amazon, eBay, TikTok-Shop, Walmart, Etsy, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, Google Shopping. We recognize the channel via order.source_name and adjust the reply wording.

Which AI do you use?

Our own Qwen-3.5 deployment with 256k token context, on dedicated EU infrastructure. No OpenAI, no Anthropic, no public cloud. Your data never leaves your tenant and is never used for training.

How do GDPR data-deletion requests work?

Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are wired up. Customer data is purged within 30 days as required.

Where is my data stored?

German servers (EU). Multi-tenant via PostgreSQL Row-Level-Security โ€” no cross-tenant reads possible. Sensitive fields (access tokens, IMAP passwords) are Fernet-encrypted at rest.

How does billing work?

Through the Shopify Billing API โ€” appears on your regular Shopify invoice. No separate account, no separate payment method. Cancel anytime via Shopify's app management.
